Job summary

Whittan Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing operation. You will help ensure reliability, uptime and performance of production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, fault-finding electrical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site, using CMMS to record activity and manage spares.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment with maintenance focus.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and PLC troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) systems and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Support machine uptime and OEE targets through proactive maintenance.
• Record activities and machine history in the CMMS system.
• Manage spare parts usage and liaise with contractors as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and asset reliability initiatives.
