Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our specialist engineering team. You’ll maintain rides and attractions, perform PPMs, fault-finding, and diagnostics across electrical and mechanical assets in a unique environment.

The role involves troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems, performing three-phase motor testing, and supporting refurbishment projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ONC, NVQ level 3 or BTEC in engineering.
• Recognised qualification in Electrical or Maintenance Engineering.
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of PLCs and electrical control systems.
• Experience testing faults on three-phase motors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM, inspections and safety checks across rides.
• Diagnose faults and perform reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Electrical condition reporting and inspections.
• Three-phase motor testing and diagnostics.
• Modify electrical panels and components as needed.
• Support refurbishment and asset improvement.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance docs.
• Work safely at height and across environments.
