Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a heavy industrial manufacturing site in the Greater Morecambe area. You will maintain production machinery and plant with a hands-on, safety-focused approach.

The role requires electrical fault finding, installation work, and participation in continuous improvement projects within a busy facility. Strong communication and engineering qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical maintenance background.
• Engineering qualification (or equivalent experience).
• PLC fault finding experience.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a wide range of production machinery and ancillary plant through planned and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out electrical fault finding, maintenance and installations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across a busy manufacturing environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure safe, efficient operation.
