Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Mobile - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Oxford, Northampton & Milton Keynes - Up to £43,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Oxford, Northampton & Milton Keynes. CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across retail and commercial environments in the MK, NN, and OX postcodes. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record.

The role involves carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance. This is a great local opportunity for the right candidate.

• Basic Salary of up to £43,000

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
• Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on site
• Reactive and planned maintenance on site

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

• Electrically qualified – must provide copies of trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Essential
• 18th Edition (City & Guilds)
• Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working, and reliable
