MTrec Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role in Horsham, UK. You will be part of an in-house team keeping the plant running, performing planned maintenance and quick fault fixes, with a day shift 6am-6pm and 4-on 4-off.
The role covers electrical and electro-mechanical equipment, Siemens PLCs programming, fault finding, and Lean improvements. You will work hands-on in a busy factory, prioritising safety and reliability, with opportunities for overtime and career
Competenze
- Minimum Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to health and safety.
- Flexible and hands-on with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with PLCs.
Mansioni
- Perform preventive and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electro-mechanical plant equipment.
- Program Siemens PLCs and other PLCs.
- Use testing equipment to locate faults.
- Attend breakdowns and contribute to lean improvements.
- Contribute to safe systems of work documentation.
- Support plant reliability and efficiency.
