Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the Engineering team at our state-of-the-art coffee manufacturing plant. You will work across electrical engineering, automation, MES and process technology to maintain safe, reliable operations and contribute to capital projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering qualification: NVQ Level 3 and time served apprenticeship.
• Experience in MES engineering or closely related engineering role, with practical electrical experience.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and Logistics colleagues.
• Knowledge of safety, inspection and testing requirements in an operational manufacturing environment.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary engineering projects and supporting commissioning or start-up of equipment.

• Reliable factory performance: improve availability and condition of electrical distribution, automation and MES assets for consistent production.
• Capital project delivery: shape practical technical solutions and support implementations meeting quality, timing and budget.
• Standards and governance: maintain clear technical documentation with change control to protect compliance.
• Continuous improvement: identify safety, quality, efficiency, and maintenance opportunities using factory data.
• Capability building: guide technicians, production staff, contractors with clear technical guidance and training.
