Job summary

Future Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Bias Engineer for a West Yorkshire manufacturing site. The role covers preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, with on-call duties shared among three engineers.

Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours, with a focus on reducing downtime and keeping production running. You will diagnose faults, repair electrical issues, and support installation and improvement projects, ensuring safety and compliance across all

Qualifications

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose electrical issues, and implement repairs to reduce downtime.
Support production teams to ensure continuous operation of machinery.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to minimise downtime.
Diagnose faults and implement repairs to restore machinery quickly.
Collaborate with production teams to keep lines running smoothly.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and improvements.
Keep accurate maintenance records and comply with safety standards.
On-call support across a shift rota split between three engineers.
