Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in Kingston upon Thames is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on electrical and general building services.

You will join a professional team on a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule, with up to £45,000 salary and overtime opportunities, plus long-term career progression in a stable contract.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Commercial building maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Electrical fault-finding, lighting, power distribution and control panels
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• BMS monitoring and plant checks
• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
• Minor plumbing and general fabric maintenance
• Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation
• Diagnose and resolve faults across building services
• Escort and supervise specialist contractors
• Liaise professionally with the client and site management
