Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Preston-based manufacturing partner. The role focuses on maximising uptime through reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of production equipment, with opportunities for continuous improvement and new equipment installations.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering qualification and has proven experience in manufacturing, fault-finding, and reading electrical drawings.

Qualifications

Electrical fault finding and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read electrical drawings and document engineering activities.
Strong communication with production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical fault finding and reactive maintenance on production lines.
Lead planned maintenance to maximise uptime and TPM involvement.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions in production equipment.
Support continuous improvement and new equipment installation projects.
