Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for a permanent, on-site role in Goole, England. You will maintain and repair production machinery in a fast-paced FMCG setting, diagnosing faults to minimise downtime and performing planned preventative maintenance.

Key requirements include HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, City & Guilds 18th Edition, and HACCP Level 2. A focus on health and safety and documentation is essential, with overtime opportunities

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
HNC or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification.
City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
H&S/Food safety systems and legislation.
HACCP Level 2.

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and planned preventative maintenance.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Respond promptly to any breakdowns or urgent maintenance needs.
