Job summary

Dalkeith-based maintenance role with a large, prestigious materials processing company. Earn £40,000-£45,000 plus overtime (OTE ~£57k) with double days and full training on PLCs.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on 3‑phase motors, drives and sensors, with PLC fault finding and wiring checks in a busy industrial setting.

The role offers progression, strong training, and a clear path in a stable group supplying nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments.
• Ability to fault-find PLCs and electrical drives.
• Willingness to learn PLC programming and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Work on 3-phase motors, drives, sensors, and PLC fault finding.
• Further training on PLCs provided.
• Rotating double-day shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-11pm) with Friday variation.
