Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland in Severnside is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician with electrical bias to support dairy operations, keep production safe and reliable, and contribute to improvements.

You will diagnose faults, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and drive root-cause analysis to reduce downtime.

This permanent role offers a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, 276 hours of annual leave, a 5% bonus, pension, life assurance and career development pathways.

Qualifications

• Completed an engineering apprenticeship.
• HNC Electrical preferred.
• Strong electrical capability with sound mechanical skills.
• Maintenance experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Automation and CI tools experience advantageous.
• IOSHH/NEBOSH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns across dairy processing, filling and packaging equipment.
• Carry out planned maintenance to keep production running.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across the site.
