Job summary

Trevett Services is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to cover a high-end corporate office in Farringdon. You will handle general maintenance including plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical tasks, as well as managing all planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).

The role is on-site Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 with no on-call, and you will be the on-site engineer most weeks, requiring a proactive, client-facing approach. Salary is £45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 18th edition qualification.
• 3+ years experience in a similar FM role.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover maintenance in a high-end corporate office in Farringdon.
• Perform building maintenance including plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical work; manage PPMs.
• Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 on-site with no on-call requirement.
