Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a fast-growing packaging specialist in Ipswich to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical / Manufacturing). You will perform planned preventative maintenance on packaging machinery and respond to breakdowns to keep line uptime high.

The role requires an electrical maintenance background and 18th Edition. Working Monday to Thursday 07:30–17:30 (1 Friday per month) offers a 4-day week, training, progression, and free parking on site.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience within an electrical aspect.
• 18th Edition certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on packaging machinery.
• Performance breakdown response on machinery.
• Inspect and diagnose potential faults.
