**JOB TITLE:** Electrical Maintenance Engineer

**LOCATION:** Woking Shopping Centre

**SHIFT PATTERN:** Mon-Fri, 8-5. 1 weekend in 4 (Paid OT)

**SALARY:** £42,000 - £44,000 per annum

Role Overview and Purpose

Electrician based on-site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of electrical equipment and building fabric within a retail property environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
• Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working within a team
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
• Resides geographically near to the job site and available for call out
• Mechanical knowledge an advantage
