ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

An electrician based on site within a team of operatives, undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of electrical equipment and building fabric within a retail property environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Electrical time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
• Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working within a team
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
• Resides geographically near to the job site and is available for call out
• Mechanical knowledge is an advantage
