Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wembley, North West London - Up to £40,000 - Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Wembley, North West London. My client is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a unique commercial estate in Wembley, North West London. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site. Working within a team of four engineers on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + overtime, further training and career progression.

Key Duities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Hydraulicsand Pneumatics
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS Systems
• UPS Systems

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00

Requirements

• City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Mechanical
• City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer skills
