Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Therfield, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory. You will maintain, fault-find and perform planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery to maximise uptime.

The role offers a rotating two-shift pattern (2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am) on Monday to Friday, with a strong path to technical development and potential progression within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience within an industrial environment.
• Experience performing pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned maintenance on fully automated production machinery.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of the manufacturing line.

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
