Job description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing

Based in Berkshire – 3 month rolling contract

Panama Shifts (12hr) – Days and Nights

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reactive maintenance including fault finding and component replacement on various machines.
2. Preventative maintenance tasks.
3. Electrical fault finding on PLCs and components such as sensors, relays, proximities, control panels, as well as single phase, three phase, AC, DC motors, and contactors.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Previous electrical experience in an industrial environment, such as manufacturing or FMCG.
2. NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering.
3. Ability to fault find and repair a wide range of electrical components.
4. Experience with PLCs (Siemens S5 and S7).
