DM Contractors Ltd is a leading provider of Reactive and Planned Maintenance Services in London and the Home Counties. We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team of road-based operatives following the recent acquisition of several Blue Chip client contracts.

This is a field-based role (a van, fuel card, and PDA will be provided). You will visit various client sites across London and the Home Counties, mainly commercial premises, to carry out reactive and planned maintenance and repairs across a broad range of trade skills/disciplines.

You should already be performing reactive and planned maintenance using your electrical skills. We aim for a 1st time fix on every callout, but you may also need to gather detailed information for surveyors and estimators for larger repairs and maintenance projects.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), enjoyment in meeting people, proactive problem-solving abilities, and good basic IT skills are essential. Additionally, you should hold the following qualifications and experience:

• City & Guilds in Electrical Installations
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
• 17th Edition Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical reactive/maintenance work
• Knowledge of testing electrical installations
• Knowledge of Emergency Lighting

Desirable (training can be provided):

• UKATA Asbestos Awareness Training
• PASMA
• IPAF
• CSCS/JIB Card
