Base pay range

Electrical Engineer - £42,000

Barbican, London

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Barbican. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment, with a great work-life balance and clear career progression.

The Role:

Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

Ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely

Supporting mechanical and fabric maintenance as needed

Participating in a 1-in-4 call-out rota (with £100 standby payment)

Opportunity for overtime paid at:

x1.5 (Mon-Sat)

x2 (Sun & Bank Holidays)

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition (essential)

Experience in commercial building maintenance

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Good communication and proactive attitude
