NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group seeks a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Haydock-based building services role. You will work in a small team, carrying out planned maintenance, repairs, and call-outs on site.

The package includes a £40,000 salary, a £2,000 bonus, 33 days holiday, an on-call rota of 1 in 5, overtime, and a private pension.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs to building services/extensive electrical work.
• Electrical background and knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• CRB checked or equivalent background check.

Responsibilities

• Performing PPMs and repairs on site.
• Respond to call-outs as part of a small maintenance team.
• Work with colleagues across building services and facilities management.

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Building Services Maintenance - 40k + 2k Bonus + callout and Overtime

We are recruiting for a Static Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work in a Service and Maintenance team, this role is based in Haydock, Onsite repairs and working with 2 other engineers to help them during their tasks.

The organisation has seen steady growth doubling in size over the past few years and has contracts signed up a full order book through to 2029 already.

Performing PPM's, repairs, and call outs there is an on-call rota 1 in 5 currently.

• Salary basic £40,000

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Requirements

• Used to performing Repairs to various buildings - Essential
• Electrical Background & Health and safety knowledge - Essential
• C&G or NVQ level2 or above trained - Desirable
• CRB Checked - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
