Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at St George’s Park Hospital, Morpeth. The role involves ensuring the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, supporting safety and operational standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities according to Performance Standards specified in the Project Agreement.
• Perform planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance on lighting, power systems, motors, and pumps.
• Oversee electrical work as the LV Approved Person (training provided).
• Manage BMS control systems and conduct PAT testing.
• Support client objectives through effective maintenance practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified tradesperson with extensive property maintenance experience.
• Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
• Experience with electrical power distribution, lighting, and BEMS control systems.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (public transport not suitable for on-call duties).
