Job Description:

Up to £50,000 per annum + medicash

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrically Biased Engineer

Monday to Friday (Double days)

  • Pension

Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carried out mainly planned preventative maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Provide front line engineering support to all machinery
  • Carrying out electrical fault finding
  • Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
  • Complete the Call-out schedule
  • Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance & improvement works

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity of working on low-voltage equipment, ultra low control voltage and 3 phase equipment
  • Electrical Qualification- ONC/ BTEC/ HND/ C&T etc.
  • Experience of electric and inverter motor starters, plus DC experience.
  • Familiarity with motor testing
  • PLC Program and fault finding. Ideally Allen Bradley and Siemens (S7+Logo).
  • Ability to fault find and repair electronic PCB’s would be advantageous.
  • Welding and machining would be advantageous.
