Electrical Maintenance Engineer at TipTopJob

Location: Large static site, North West London

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: GBP 45,000 + overtime

Responsibilities:

1. PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
2. Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
3. HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
4. Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
5. Dealing with contractors

Requirements:

• Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
• 18th edition wiring regulations (must have)
