elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a site near Henfield, West Sussex. The role focuses on fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment, with involvement in preventive maintenance, installations, and SOP training.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, with access to first-class training and an attractive benefits package. Commuting to Henfield is expected from nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding experience.
• Experience with mechanical equipment and conveyors is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site and mentor others.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to join the team near Henfield. The successful applicant be a senior member of the team and will be responsible for fault finding and repairing a variety of electrical & mechanical equipment, conveyors, machinery and facilities/building work. You will diagnose issues, order parts if needed, deal with preventive maintenance enhancing machine optimisation and carry out installation requirements, SOP training and administrative duties. You will work alone and as part of a team, mentoring technicians and junior engineers when needed, as the team are looking to expand in 2027 further progression opportunities will be available.
