Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading manufacturing client in Greater London. Monday to Friday, day shift, with weekend overtime and a £71,000 annual potential when overtime and bonuses are included. The role focuses on reliability, efficiency and safety of production equipment across sites.

You will work with automated machinery, contribute to performance improvements, and support the engineering team with preventive and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across all production operations
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide range of automated machinery, including robotics and conveyor systems
• Working across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ensuring all machinery is maintained to a high standard and operates at maximum efficiency
• Supporting production teams with machinery issues, changeovers, and equipment setups
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to drive enhancements in quality, cost efficiency, and safety
• Assisting with training and knowledge sharing where appropriate to support operational excellence

Monday - Friday - Day Shift - £52,000 Basic

Our client, a market leader in the manufacture of innovative and high-quality equipment, are looking to recruit a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering and technical team.

As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment across the clients sites. You'll be working with advanced automated machinery and contributing directly to the performance and success of the operation.
