Electrical - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge?

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary: £40,000 - £41,000 + overtime

Location: Large static site - North West London

Opportunities: Progression and further training

Responsibilities:

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
• Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
• HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
• Flushing
• Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs
• Dealing with contractors

Requirements:

• Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
• 18th edition wiring regulations (must have)
