Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Brighton, United Kingdom

Salary: Competitive salary + pension + death in service, cash back medical scheme, and more!

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Mon–Thurs Days (06:00 – 18:00), Fri, Sat, Sun off
• Week 2: Mon–Thurs Nights (18:00 – 06:00), 6 days off (Fri-Wed)
• Week 3: Thurs–Sat Days (06:00– 18:00), Sun off

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you will play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Providing technical support to shift engineers and apprentices
• Performing essential planned maintenance and repairs
• Driving continuous improvement through innovative projects
• Promoting and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards
• Collaborating with contractors and colleagues to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• Apprentice-trained Electrical/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Experience in maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
• Able to attend to both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
