Job summary

Staffline in Hatfield, Doncaster (DN8) is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a 3-shift pattern. Base salary £46,000 with a 5% annual bonus and overtime, aiming for £50,000–£55,000+ OTE.

Candidates should have an electrical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3, 17th/18th Edition, and experience in high-volume production, PLC/SCADA, CMMS and TPM/5S. Welcome bonus accompanies a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3.
• 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, fertiliser, packaging or high-volume production.
• Strong electrical fault-finding on production machinery.
• Experience with PLC and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and CMMS systems.
• Experience with automated machinery, conveying systems or high-speed packaging equipment.
• Good understanding of pneumatic systems and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as TPM, 5S and Continuous Improvement.

3 Shift Pattern

£46,000 + 5% Bonus + Overtime (£50,000 - £55,000+ OTE)

Earlies - Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm (Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm)

Lates - Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm)

Nights - Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

Experience / Qualifications - Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Recognised Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, fertiliser, packaging or high-volume production environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic experience on production machinery.
• Experience working with PLC and SCADA systems.
