Synergi Search & Select is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced, highly automated FMCG manufacturing environment. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on automated production equipment, focusing on fault diagnosis and improved reliability.
Ideal candidates will have a recognised electrical engineering qualification, strong fault-finding skills, and experience with Siemens S7 PLCs.

Join a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, working a 4-on, 4-off day and night shift pattern. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving advanced production equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault finding, automation and preventative maintenance.
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across automated production machinery.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
Fault-find and work on electrical control panels and associated systems.
Support the maintenance and reliability of conveyors, mixers, ovens, kilns and other production equipment.
Work with Siemens S7 PLC systems and automation.
Carry out preventative maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and engineering compliance.
Work collaboratively within a large engineering team.
A recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
Practical experience working with control panels and electrical systems.
Experience with Siemens S7 PLCs - essential.
The ability to confidently diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
The flexibility to work a 4-on, 4-off days and nights shift pattern.
Siemens automation experience.
Experience working within highly automated manufacturing environments.
Experience with PLC fault finding and control systems.
Mechanical maintenance knowledge alongside strong electrical expertise.
