Job summary

Kingston Barnes Engineering is representing a client in the Bridgwater area seeking an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on reactive and pre-planned maintenance on the production line, with emphasis on electrical fault finding and PLC control.

The position offers a four on four off shift pattern, working days and nights, with development opportunities and training in PLC courses.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications are essential.
• Manufacturing experience is essential, preferably FMCG.
• PLC knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking reactive and pre-planned maintenance on the production line.
• Working with conveyor belts, three-phase motors, control panels and PLCs.
• Carrying out basic mechanical maintenance when required.
• Engineering projects available.
