Job summary

Huntek Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Contracts Manager to own maintenance and small works contracts across public sector, housing, commercial and retail environments. You will coordinate engineers and subcontractors, manage PPM and reactive maintenance, monitor KPIs and costs, and drive service improvements while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical maintenance contracts in FM or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Experience managing small works and associated commercial processes.
• Electrical qualifications and compliance knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent organisation and client-management skills.
• Commercial awareness with cost monitoring and contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance contracts, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.
• Oversee PPM programmes and ensure scheduled works are completed effectively.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Monitor contract performance, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Review quotations, variations, costs and commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate contract records, reports, programmes and compliance documentation.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and profitability.
• Support mobilisation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
