Identify is seeking an Electrically biased M&E Coordinator for major Oxfordshire infrastructure projects, including flood alleviation works. You will coordinate HV/LV diversions, street lighting, coms and civils, ensuring quality, safety and programme.

You will read and interpret M&E drawings and SLDs, manage live site sub-contractors, and maintain RAMS and QA standards. Hybrid flexibility offered with site-led work patterns.

Formación

• M&E Coordinator / MEP Engineer background on civils/construction projects.
• Strong electrical bias – highways, street lighting, utilities, bridges or flood schemes.
• Able to read and interpret M&E/electrical drawings, SLDs and specs.
• Confident coordinating subcontractors on live, multi‑disciplinary sites.
• Solid understanding of H&S, RAMS and QA.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate M&E/electrical subcontractors for HV/LV diversions and disconnections (incl. some overhead lines).
• Coordinate street lighting, bridge supplies, power pillars and LV distribution.
• Coordinate comms/ITS, ducts, chambers, new connections and diversions.
• Plan and sequence M&E alongside civils (ducts, trenches, chambers, bases, flood works).
• Review drawings/SLDs/specs; identify clashes and close out with designers/utilities.
• Track progress, manage snagging, support testing, commissioning and handover.
• Support RAMS and safe systems of work, reinforcing HV/LV and site safety.
• Liaise with clients, utilities and highways/local authorities on technical and phasing issues.
