Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site electrical works for a major infrastructure project in West London. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time completion to high standards.

The role requires strong site delivery experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and coordination with mechanical and civil teams. Hybrid working is offered alongside a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical installation works on large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong site delivery experience with responsibility for on-site electrical works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other disciplines.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify delays or issues.
• Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
• Attend coordination, progress and construction meetings.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers and delivery team.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
