Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Lecturer in High Wycombe to deliver vocational Electrical training to students and help them progress into industry roles.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, teach practical and classroom content, and receive Full Teacher Training with support toward a teaching qualification. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) at the Wycombe Campus, with a competitive salary (£38,500 - £47,000) and a clear career progression path.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong and up-to-date Electrical industry experience.
• Experience mentoring, instructing, training or supporting others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about developing the next generation of Electrical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, vocationally relevant lessons.
• Teach both practical and classroom-based Electrical content.
• Full Teacher Training and support towards gaining a teaching qualification provided if required.
• Full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
• Based at the Wycombe Campus.
