Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Lecturer for a full-time site-based role, commutable from South London, Epsom, Sutton, Croydon and nearby areas. The role offers full teacher training, progression, and a strong benefits package.

You will plan and deliver practical and theory lessons to apprentices and full-time students, with support to gain teaching qualification and become a fully qualified lecturer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and solid industry experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• No previous teaching experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and workshop-based lessons in Electrical Installation
• Mentor and support students to develop practical skills, knowledge, and confidence
• Mark assessments and track progress using digital systems
• Contribute to curriculum planning, pastoral support, and learner reviews
