Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking an Electrical Instructor to join a training provider, delivering practical and classroom-based training to apprentices and engineers.

You will deliver a range of electrical short courses and work across multiple regional training sites. If you have strong hands-on electrical experience but no teaching qualification, the company will fully fund your teaching qualification, with salary increases on qualification.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on electrical industry experience.
• Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and/or maintenance.
• Experience with 18th Edition, inspection & testing, or safe isolation.
• Confidence communicating knowledge to others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of electrical short courses, including hands-on and classroom-based training.
• Deliver practical and theory-based training to apprentices and existing engineers.
• Work across a small number of training sites within the region.
