Job summary

Rotherham College is seeking an Electrical Installations Lecturer to inspire the next generation of electricians. You will deliver teaching and assessment up to Level 3 in workshop and classroom, creating engaging resources and supporting learners to achieve their potential.

The role requires industry experience, a Level 3+ qualification, a teaching qualification with assessors award (or willingness to work towards) and Level 2 English/Maths. Salary up to £38,487 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• You will hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above.
• A relevant teaching qualification and assessors award are required or you will work towards.
• You will hold Level 2 English and Maths or be willing to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3 in workshop and classroom.
• Motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
• Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.
• Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Team Leaders and internal departments.
