Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an Electrical Installations Lecturer in Rotherham. This permanent role (37 hours per week) offers an opportunity to share expertise with learners and support staff while delivering high-quality teaching across levels 1–3.

Ideal candidates are experienced electricians or tutors transitioning to education, with a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one and a strong focus on learner progress.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3+ Electrical Installations qualification.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1–3.
• Teach and assess on study programmes, adult courses and apprenticeships.
• Lead practical and classroom sessions.
• Create learning resources.
• Track learner progress and set SMART targets.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and support staff.
• Maintain high-quality teaching and assessment standards.

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Hours: 37 per week

What you ll be doing
