Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in High Wycombe is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer to move from industry into education. The role includes delivering vocational electrical lessons and gaining a teaching qualification with employer support.

You will combine practical electrical knowledge with classroom-based teaching within the Construction and Technology department, in a full-time 35-hour week at the Wycombe Campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Ability to teach and mentor others in a classroom or workshop setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Are you an Electrician with strong hands-on industry experience?

Do you want to step away from the tools and move into a rewarding role where you can pass on your knowledge and experience to the next generation of Electrical professionals?

This is an excellent opportunity as an Electrical Lecturer, where you will be supported to gain your teaching qualification if you do not already hold one. The employer provides support with the qualification and associated fees, alongside an incremental salary award on completion.

You will join a supportive team within the Construction and Technology department, delivering high-quality, vocationally relevant Electrical training across a range of levels. You will combine your practical industry knowledge with classroom-based teaching, helping students develop the technical skills, confidence and knowledge required to progress into successful careers.

This role would suit an experienced Electrician who is looking for a change from industry and wants to use their knowledge in a more rewarding and long-term career in education.
