Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced electrician to transition from the tools into a dedicated training role at a brand-new Birmingham site. The position offers a salary of £38,000–£40,000 and a Monday–Friday 8:30–16:30 schedule in a premium training centre.

You will teach City & Guilds 2365 Level 2/3 and 18th Edition to adult learners, supporting paid placements and NVQ progression in a quality-driven CPD environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition is required.
• AM2 or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven electrical installation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and Level 3 to adult learners.
• Deliver 18th Edition to adult learners.
• Manage a premium Birmingham training centre.
• Provide high-quality training in a modern, CPD-focused environment.

Are you an experienced electrician looking to step off the tools into training?

This is a permanent opportunity with a fast-growing, privately-owned electrical training provider that’s expanding into a brand-new Birmingham city-centre site. You’ll be joining a business that’s "bursting at the seams" due to demand, with a clear plan to scale nationally.

They’ve built their reputation by doing things properly supporting learners through the full route (including paid work placements so learners can achieve their NVQ3, not just the technical certificates). You’ll deliver City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and Level 3 (2365-03) plus 18th Edition to predominantly adult learners.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician to come away from the tools and work with the next generation of electricians

The Role:

• Deliver City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 / Level 3 (2365-03) and 18th Edition to adult learners
• Birmingham city-centre site in a premium multi-floor training environment
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

The Person:

• Its is essential that candidates holds the NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition.
• AM2 and JIB gold card would be an advantage
• Proven electrical installation experience
• Be an experienced electrician looking to come off the tools
