Job summary

Balance Education Limited is seeking a fully qualified electrician to join as an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor based in the Medway area. The client will provide full assessor training and support.

You will train and assess apprentice learners at various sites across Medway, helping them build NVQ portfolios and assess their work in the workplace. This is a permanent, full‑time role with home-based planning and site visits.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and AM2.
• UK driving licence and own car.
• At least 5 years working as an Electrician in industry.

Responsibilities

• Train and assess apprentice learners at various sites across the Medway area.
• Support apprentices with building their NVQ portfolio.
• Assess apprentices evidence and electrical work in the workplace.
• Work with employers to support successful training of their apprentices.
