Job summary

Balance Education Limited is seeking a qualified electrician to become an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor for apprentice learners across Greater London. No prior training/assessing experience is required as full assessor training is provided.

The role is full-time, home-based with site visits, offering a salary package including car and mileage allowances, Company pension, and generous holiday entitlement, plus the chance to develop training skills.

Qualifications

• You must be a fully qualified electrician with an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognised Apprenticeship and an AM2 certificate.
• AM2 certificate is required.
• Minimum of 5 years working as an Electrician in industry.
• Full assessor training and qualification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Train and assess apprentice learners at various sites across the Greater London area.
• Manage and support apprentices with building their NVQ portfolio.
• Assess apprentices' evidence and electrical work in the workplace.
• Work with employers to support successful training of their apprentices.
• Office diary planning and related admin duties.
