Balance Education Limited in Oxfordshire seeks an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor. This is a full-time, home-based role with office planning duties, across Oxfordshire sites.

No prior training experience required; full training and support provided. You will be a qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and AM2, hold a clean driving licence, and have at least five years in the industry.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and AM2.
• Driving licence and access to a car.
• Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience.
• Interest in education or training.

Responsibilities

• Train and assess apprentice learners at sites across Oxfordshire.
• Support apprentices in building NVQ portfolios.
• Assess apprentice evidence and electrical work in the workplace.
• Work with employers to deliver successful training.
