Bath College is seeking an Electrical lecturer to collaborate with the Head of School and deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across classroom, workshop theory and practical instruction.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE C or above).
• Electrical qualification to level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition, 2nd Amendment qualification.
• TAQA Assessor Award and Teaching Qualification or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of teaching and learning and monitor assessments per exam requirements.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for L1–L3 programmes to ensure job readiness.
• Create learning plans, schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans and materials.
• Conduct regular learning assessments through observations and exams.
• Gather employer/work placement feedback to sustain learner engagement.
• Regular curriculum review to keep it innovative and impactful.
• Embed English, Maths and ICT into the curriculum.
• Use ProSuite to evidence learning interventions and learner progress.
• Coordinate and maintain records of formative/summative assessments with the course team.
