Qualifications

Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent) is required.
Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain within 3 years of employment.
Assessor (TAQA) or willingness to achieve.
IQA Level 4 Award or willingness to achieve.

Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in Electrical Installation.
Mark learner work, design assessments and create engaging learning materials.
Monitor learner standards and maintain accurate digital records.
Provide academic and pastoral support via Individual learning plans.
Collaborate with apprentices and industry to provide work experience and enrichment.
Contribute to quality monitoring, action planning and continuous improvement.
Promote Electrical Installation courses to employers and at events.
