Job summary

Able Personnel in Manchester invites applications for an Electrical Installation Lecturer. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

It is a temporary placement until 5 July 2027, delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation to learners, including evening classes. You will teach in classroom and workshop settings, plan engaging lessons, provide clear guidance and constructive feedback, monitor learner progress, and work with colleagues to maintain

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching Electrical Installation at Level 2 and Level 3
• Strong practical knowledge and industry understanding of Electrical Installation
• Ability to confidently deliver both classroom and workshop-based sessions

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation
• Deliver theoretical and practical learning within the classroom and workshop environment
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet programme requirements
• Provide learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout their studies
• Monitor learner progress and identify areas where additional support may be required
• Maintain accurate records relating to learner progress and achievement
• Encourage learners to develop their knowledge, practical skills, and confidence
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment
• Ensure teaching and learning is delivered to a consistently high standard
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective delivery of the Electrical Installation provision
• Deliver evening classes as required

This is a temporary, full-time Electrical Installation Lecturer role, working 40 hours per week from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation to learners, including evening classes, helping learners develop their practical skills, knowledge, and confidence.
