Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor for an immediately available contract in Blackpool. You will deliver teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sector and support apprentices toward NVQ and apprenticeship standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, plus teaching qualifications (PGCE/Cert Ed/Level 5 Diploma) preferred but not essential, and the ability to pass an

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent is required.
• Current or previous industry experience in Electrical Installation or related field is preferred.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5 Diploma or TAQA/A1/D32/D33) preferred but not essential.
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous.
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Lecturer - Electrical Installation

£40 per hour

37 hours a week

2 months (option to be extended)

Location - Blackpool

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next looking for your next immediately available contract role?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional ready to pass on your knowledge?

You’ll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college

The Role:

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training) and/or TAQA, A1/D32/D33 preferred, although not essential
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
