Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer/Trainer for an immediate start at a well-known FE College. This on-site role in the Epsom area involves delivering engaging teaching and practical sessions, assessing apprentices, and mentoring learners to achieve NVQ standards.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, teaching qualifications, and industry experience. DBS checks are required.

Electrical Installation Lecturer / Trainer

£40 - £50+ per hour inside IR35
Full Academic Year
On Site Epsom - commutable Slough, Working, Bracknell, Crawly, Croyden and surrounding areas

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training or Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sector
• Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners
• £36 - £46 - 2 Month Rolling Contract

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
• Current or previous industry experience working in Electrical Installation or similar industries
• Teaching qualification
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
